Depending on the nature of your request, here's when you can expect an answer.
If you have contacted us already and have not heard back on a critical issue (such as billing or purchase), it is possible our email replies are being blocked from reaching your inbox (sadly, this happens). Check your spam/junk folder (or promotions tab if you use gmail) and mark any emails found there as not spam/junk. Also feel free to contact us again — and please provide your phone number so we can call you in the event of an email mishap.
Question about our products — within 1 business day.
Billing and technical questions — within 1 business day.
Cooking questions — unless it is really, really quick, we will probably save your question to answer on a podcast or Q&A post or on our Facebook page. If you're a member, you can also post on the forums while you're waiting.
Advertising/sponsorship requests — If we feel that your products/services are a good match for GNOWFGLINS, we will be in touch as soon as we can.
Speaking/interview requests — If we feel that your venue/event is a good match for me and/or GNOWFGLINS, we will be in touch as soon as we can.
Personal questions — We are not usually able to answer most personal emails; I'm sorry!
