Gluten-Free Chocolate Walnut Brownies

These are our favorite brownies — and they are loved by pretty much everyone who tastes them, health food lover or not! Imagine my surprise when I made them with gluten-free flours and they turned out even better!

Maple-Walnut Granola

Maple Walnut Granola
Original recipe from PCRM
Modified by Wardeh Harmon

12 cups rolled oats
3 cups wheat germ or oat bran
1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1-1/2 cup raisins
1-1/2 cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit
3/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup maple syrup
6 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
