I made Tiffany’s Gluten Free Bread on Friday. It is the best gluten-free bread we’ve had. It was lighter, fluffier and better tasting than any others. We love the corn flavor and the texture was soft and chewy. I’d recommend that you check it out!

Quick Sandwich Bread — Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free
a variation on a recipe shared by a friend
makes 2 loaves
2 tablespoons yeast
4 cups warm water
2 cups brown rice flour
2 cups buckwheat flour
1 cup millet flour
1 cup tapioca flour
5 teaspoons guar gum

We are loving our gluten-free flatbreads! They work wonderfully for all sorts of sandwiches. They are best toasted and then topped.
