gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free (uses goat cheese)

Four Grain Flatbreads
chicken, chicken salad, wild salmon salad or pinto bean spread
Shredded Goat Cheese

Refried Beans

4 cups cooked pinto beans (or other beans of your choice)
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/4 + 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
smidge cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 cup water
