Maple Walnut Granola

12 cups rolled oats
3 cups wheat germ or oat bran
1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1-1/2 cup raisins
1-1/2 cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit
3/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup maple syrup
6 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
3 teaspoons cinnamon
