Hot Cocoa — Dairy-Free, Agave Sweetened
6 cups unsweetened almond milk, strained
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional) — OR — 1/2 teaspoon mint extract (optional)
Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepot. Over medium heat and while stirring, bring contents to a very warm temperature. Taste. Add more cocoa or agave as desired. Serve!
