3/4 cup filtered water
1 cup unrefined coconut oil, softened
3/4 cup raw agave syrup (or raw honey)

1 cup butter, softened (I use Earth Balance non-hydrogenated margarine)
1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
1/4 cup flax seed meal
