Note: All recipes posted prior to early 2009 were written before I dove into traditional food preparation methods (such as those found in Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon). This mostly affects the soaking of grains, nuts, and seeds. Feel free to adapt the techniques based on what you know of traditional methods and know that over time, I will be updating them as well.
I strive to cook with the freshest, most natural ingredients possible. Because of multiple food allergies among members of my family, many recipes don’t include gluten, dairy and/or eggs.
