RFNH: Chapter 2 Discussion

NutritionAndPhysicalDegeneration

Chapter 2 was short, but sweet. Kristen introduced Weston A. Price, explaining who he was and what he did in a conversational, informative tone. We learned that people on non-industrial diets were virtually free of tooth decay and modern diseases. We explored what those diets had in common, and did a fair bit of thinking and talking about how our personal diet compares and can be improved. Please jump in with any reactions you or your children had to this thought-provoking chapter.
