I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve gone searching for a whole foods ONLY Instant Pot dessert…
Just when I think I’ve found “the one”, there’s inevitably an ingredient or 2 that I can’t bring myself to use.
Things like packaged cookies and crackers for a crust, crushed candy pieces as a topping, or even refined white sugar corrupt what would otherwise be a pretty healthy Instant Pot dessert.
I’m perfectly capable of making substitutions, yet often, I don’t want to. I want to find a recipe and follow it as-written — without having to figure out a way to make a cheesecake crust sans packaged graham crackers.
