Simple Hot Spiced Cider
- 2 quarts apple juice (fresh-pressed is lovely!)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 cinnamon sticks
Serves 4 (2 cup servings). While stirring, heat juice, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg over medium heat until quite warm. Pour into 4 mugs. Add a cinnmon stick to each. Enjoy with loved ones.
