This book helps beginning and experienced cooks discover how to “reverse engineer” processed food recipes into whole foods family favorites. I bought and downloaded this book and… WOW!!! I consider myself a very advanced cook. I have become great at throwing thing together from nothing. Still, this e-book is HUGE and chock-full of tons of great advice and recipes (and I haven’t even read it all yet!)
