New! “Sourdough A to Z” eBook Giveaway

I hardly sleep when I’m working on something. And that something the past two weeks has been compiling the documents from the Sourdough eCourse into one loaded, convenient, inspirational, comprehensive “Sourdough A to Z” eBook. Yes, the 150-page eBook is all that and more!

And boy, does it feel good to be done. :)

I and the other teachers (Erin, Katie, Sara Kay, and Christina) combed the eCourse forums to pull out the gems that arose from months of eCourse member testing. Our members are the best! They put all our recipes to the test, voicing their triumphs and tweaks in hundreds of forum posts.

From the collective experience of all — members and teachers alike — we pulled out tips and tricks, variations on recipes, and troubleshooting exercises — and added all those details to the “Sourdough A to Z” eBook. Just for you!

What’s in the “Sourdough A to Z” eBook?

  • All 25 print versions of the lessons in the popular Sourdough class of GNOWFGLINS eCourse.
  • Ingredient and equipment notes.
  • Suggested schedule.
  • The science of sourdough — from creating and maintaining a starter, to understanding what’s happening when you “sour” dough.
  • Directions for creating and maintaining a gluten-free starter, as well as gluten-free adaptations of many regular sourdough recipes.
  • Simple lessons and tasty, nutritious, whole-grain recipes.
  • Dozens of sourdough recipes for just about all the baked goods you can imagine!
  • 4 no-wait sourdough recipes.
  • Our no-wait sourdough variations on the Bisquick impossible pies — but ours are healthy!
  • Countless variations on recipes submitted through months of testing by eCourse members.
  • Lifetime updates — we’ll email you any time we update the eBook so you can download a fresh copy.

Wondering if this book contains all the Sourdough lessons from the Sourdough eCourse? In other words, can you skip the online class? Yes, you can. Our printed materials are always more in-depth than our videos.

Think sourdough is just for bread? Think again!

We include cakes, cookies, crackers, donuts, muffins, pancakes, waffles, tortillas, pot pies, biscuits, and our version of the “impossible” pie. And more besides.

The eBook contains the science of sourdough for complete mastery, beautiful photographs, dozens of recipes and many, many variations. This eBook is a comprehensive home-study resource as well as an inspirational cookbook.

  1. Arielle says

I’ve made a sourdough starter before and got some use out of it (crepes, yummm) but bread did not work and the starter went bad (grew mold). I’d like to learn how to avoid this!

  2. says

I’d love to win this E-Book. I am in dire need of help in utilizing and nurturing my sourdough starter. It just doesn’t seem to be working as well as I was hoping, and I want to learn lots of healthy recipes to use it in.

  3. says

I would love to win the book! I have had my starter for almost a year now and only use it in pancakes and waffles and the rare loaf of bread (which usually doesn’t turn out and instead adds to the collection of bread crumbs in my freezer.) I would love to learn how to make better use of it!

  4. Darcy says

I really need this book! I was introduced to sourdough a few months back, but all I make successfully is pancakes and waffles. I would really like to expand my knowledge.

  5. says

Oh I definitely want to win the sourdough book, even if I am going to be starting the Body Ecology Diet in a few weeks. The book will be for after the healing!

  6. says

Oh please enter me! I want to get a sourdough started this summer (as soon as school lets out), and this would get me all ready.

  7. says

I want to win the “Sourdough A to Z” eBook because my sourdough bread never tastes like it should, so I need to learn what I’m doing wrong!

  8. says

I would SO love to win this!!! I have been a standard member since the memberships started and was a pay as you go member before that. I have yet to sit down and utilize all your wonderful materials, but I refuse to cancel my membership!! I’m going to get there! This book would be so helpful! I am slowly trying to change our lives through what we’re eating. My husband and I are overweight, stressed out and unhealthy. My oldest son is having multiple issues at school that I believe could be helped in part by diet. My youngest son has allergies that could potentially be helped by diet. Anyway, I really would love to win this!

  9. Gwen says

Although I’ve already purchased a copy (love it, thanks for all the work!) I would like to win a copy also. The reason is that I’ve learned to love sourdough in the past few weeks as I’ve made many of the recipes using it and I would like to have another copy to share with someone else to help them learn to use it and love it too.

And I want to thank you Wardee and all your helpers for the blessing you have been to me and my family in teaching me how to use sourdough. I’ve tried it before but quickly got bogged down by not knowing WHAT to do with the starter once I had it. I LOVE having all these recipes and wonderful ways of using sourdough! I feel like y’all have just taken me by the hand and taught me and I just appreciate it so much.

  10. Megan says

I would love this book because I have tried sourdough but have been doing something wrong. I need some help!

  11. Angie P says

I would love to win this book!! I have been wanting to try making my own starter but just haven’t taken the plunge yet.

  12. says

Oh My! i would absolutely LOVE to win this! I wanted to take your e-course so badly, but I do not do well with videos for some reason. When I can pour over the words and muddle them around in my head I can understand much better. I have not been able to make a successful starter thus far, and I am hoping to learn a lot. Thanks for doing this!

  13. rachel says

I made sourdough bread for my family awhile back and let’s just say “sour” and “brick” says it all. Even my husband who will try any of my cooking adventures with me graciously reminded me about it when I mentioned trying to make it again. I think I scared my family and I want to learn how to make it so that they will enjoy and not dread it! I want to try it again but I need some real help so I would love to win the book.

  14. says

I cannot seem to keep a starter going, as a small family we don’t eat enough baked goods to keep the starter alive and going strong. I love the ideal of a starter and would like to learn more. Thanks.

  15. Libby says

I’d love to win this because I have been too terrified to even try sour dough in the past, and it’s time to change that. 😉

  16. Ruth says

I would like to have a copy because I would love to learn more about using sourdough on a regular basis to provide wonderful food for my family. May the Lord reward your efforts in putting together this resource!

  17. Robin Sample says

I’ve really been wanting to start a sourdough starter and make sourdough bread on a regular basis. This would be wonderful!

  18. mom2three says

I have been struggling with health issues for eight years. It has been dibilitating the last five years. My recent interest has sent me learning about sour dough and fermented foods. My family never worried about health and healthy eating so I am having to learn this on my own. I want to be well so I can function and care for my beautiful children~

  19. Rhonda Bunte says

I have tried to make a starter and it did not turn out. My son has many food intolerances and I am hoping that by making bread through sourdough, he will be able to better tolerate wheat breads and that would open up so many options for him. I would love to win your book and be able to finally figure out how to get the starter going : )

  20. Ashley says

I have been wanting to start sourdough for so long!!! We are really on a path to better health, and I know this would help tremendously. Winning it would help me put some extra bucks into other funds!

  21. Joe says

I have tried a couple of sourdough recipes and I need to find something that will make my wife love (not just be compliant with) the idea of sourdough. A sourdough chocolate cake has helped greatly but I need more to seal the deal.

  22. Lisa C. says

I’ve had a sourdough starter in the past but never ventured much beyond bread. I’d love to learn all of the possibilities that sourdough has to offer!

  23. Marilyn says

I’m a recent convert to Nourishing Traditions & WAPF-style cooking and eating. I’m loving my raw milk and lacto-fermented foods and ready to take the next step… sourdough! I’ve got my dehydrated starter from Cultures for Health, but am hesitant to get it going until I know what I want to do with it. I think this book is what I need!

  24. Kathleen L says

I would love to win this book and learn more about the process. I’ve tried a lot of ferments, but for whatever reason, remain daunted by the sourdough concept. We love bread around here, but we generally rely on bakery bread, and I would love to have not only a healthier option, but a cheaper one, too!

  25. says

sourdough has long been on my list as I’ve been transitioning into real food. I’ve been hoping there would be a book for it!

  26. B. M. says

I would love to win your ebook because for the last two years, I have put my mom through sheer hell. I’ve suffered with major depression, and always had a gut feeling that it was caused by food (or lack of REAL food). I wouldn’t allow any processed food inside our house because I knew how it affected me. For a time, my mom and I were living off a diet of lettuce and oranges. (Bad idea!) My teeth started to decay, still depressed, I did research and read up on the benefits of raw milk. My mom took me to a natural foods store last week where we bought our first half gallon, and immediately after consuming some I experienced a sense of peace and calmness that I haven’t felt in years! Since then, I’ve been fasting on raw milk. My teeth have hardened up and my depression has gone away! :)

Yesterday I came across your blog on YouTube while researching how to make yogurt, and I feel like finding your information at this time was God sent.

I would love to surprise my mother by making her bread that is healthy for us both. It sounds like your ebook would provide me with exactly what I need to make my own sourdough creations and I would love to win it.

  27. Amy Spicer says

I would love to win this book because I am trying to muster up the courage to actually try making my own sourdough starter. I keep reading about it on Katie’s Kitchen Stewardship blog and recently here but not exactly sure where or how to get started. I want to have fresh homemade bread, crepes, and other yummy things for my family that are also nutritionally good. Thanks!

  28. Dee Jarvis says

We have tried and failed several times to maintain a starter, so would love to read your book for some new ideas! Thanks!

  29. Melissa says

I would love this book. I took your eCourse for a month and LOVED it! I just need to find more free time so I can subscribe for another month or two. Such great information!!

  30. says

I would love to win this book because it would help me to expand and improve my sourdough repertoire. I already bake basic bread with sourdough; due to a chronic zinc deficiency, it’s especially important for me to get rid of the phytates in whole grains. I love the the Gnowfglins recipes I’ve tried, and would be eager to learn more!

  31. Sonya says

I would love to win this book because sourdough seems so hard to me and I’d love to give it a try without doing tons of research! :-)

  32. Rachel Short says

I have a sourdough starter that I love, but I could surely use some help in making good foods with it.

    Thank you,

  33. Caroline says

My sourdough experimentation needs a serious boost right now with a variety of recipes as you have in the ebook…I’ve only scratched the surface of sourdough cooking by making a few bread recipes – otherwise I’m clueless!

  34. Reba Short says

When my daughters are married, I will need to know what to do with our sourdough! This book would be a great help to me.

  35. Cristy says

I would love to win a copy of this book to simplify my current method of ecourse materials. I have the print outs in the cabinet above my computer and anytime I forget the ingredients I have to search through them to find what I need. Then I pull it out, cover it in butter, starter and water (because it’s usually the cracker recipe) and then shove it back in the cabinet. Yea, it’s become a big mess.

  36. Tricia Gronda says

I am a 40 year old supporting her husband going back to school. Our budget is very tight and sourdough is his favorite bread. I can do basic bread, but would love to be able to do sourdough, without buying it at the high price you buy it for at the store. I just cannot afford it. It would make my husbands day to have fresh sourdough, and with it being made at home and the different variations you offer, he would be in seventh heaven! With the budget so tight this would be VERY helpful for us right now! Thank you for all the work you put into it. May God work through you on teaching more people the talents He has blessed you with!

  37. says

I am totally new to sourdough. In fact, I just made dough for the first time yesterday and will bake my first loaf today. Already, though, I’m having issues with the dough not rising well. We’ll see what happens. Would LOVE to win a copy of your new book 😉

  38. says

I would love to win this – my husband has tried a homemade starter before and wasn’t quite successful. Sourdough is our favorite!

  39. Rose says

I’ve been nursing my starter for almost 3 months, I need to know what to do with it besides making bread.

  40. Emily S. says

I have tried many times to master sourdough without success until a friend of mine gave me some of her starter. Since then, I have been loving sourdough and its amazing health benefits, but would like to learn as much as I can. Your ebook would help me accomplish this.

  41. Heather says

I NEED to win this book! I think my cookbook cabinet is stuffed! with books ( and junk!). Plus, my pet “Sally” has been kind of neglected lately! Only bringing her out occasionally to feed her and talk to her! What kind of treatment is that for a sourdough? Love your website!

  42. says

I’d love to win because I just sent away for the Oregon Trail Sourdough Starter and I have no idea what to do with it when I get it! :)

  43. says

I love sourdough. I miss sourdough. I had the greatest starter for three years and finally neglected it to death. (Hangs head in shame.) I need to get another one going because I really miss having it available and the versatility of it. Plus, my daughter has been bugging me for sourdough bread and flapjacks!

  44. Amy says

Would love to win the sourdough A to Z book. I have been trying to eat healthier and get my family on the path to eating better. We have a long ways to go but baby steps are how you start. Thanks for the chance to win it.

  45. brittany k says

Oh man, I NEED this book, and if I can win it, my hubby will be exttra happy. I’ve been following recipes on my android phone in the kitchen, which has resulted in quite a messy phone and a few problematic recipes (when DH needs the phone and I’m in the middle of starting something!) I’m new to sourdough and have already had ome wonderful successes, as well as a few horrible failures… compost ready bread, for 1, all because I didn’t have the instructions in front of me. Printing this e-book will be so much easier than moving the kitchen upstairs with the computer!

  46. Holly Anthony says

I’d love to win this E-Book because I have been following you for a few months (read some of your posts @Passionate Homemaking!) and have been so hoping one of these days I could partake of the E-Course, but we just cannot manage it at this time. I bought Nourishing Traditions a few years ago and have been learning ever since how to soak grains, etc, and I would LOVE to get this book (I learn best by reading!) so I can finally tackle sourdough!

  47. Steena B says

I’ve been baking bread via the “artisan bread in five minutes a day” method. Love the bread, but I have been dreaming of trying to sourdough the recipe! I don’t know much about sourdough and everything I read is slightly different (when to feed? How much to feed? Discard half? Use it up?) so many questions. I’d love to have one simple and reliable source for sourdough-ing!

  48. says

I would love to win this book because I have an awesome sourdough starter going and I want to find more ways to use it!

  49. Wendy says

I would love this ebook, I am brandnew at the real/whole foods, I am trying to get healthy and my family. God moved on my heart years ago about making this change in our lives and I never knew how to start…..I love your site and am on it everyday!! Thank you so much for all you are doing to help my family!!

  50. says

Every time I think I got it, my next sourdough bread batch doesn’t come out right. Still a work in progress, I could benefit from some more instruction I guess. I tried your sourdough chocolate cake recipe and I worked out great, thanks, so maybe you can help me perfect the loaf.

  51. says

I would love to win the eBook! I maintain a sourdough and use it on a regular basis, but would very much like to maximize it’s use in our kitchen.

  52. CathyG says

Would love to win this so I can do a better job with sourdough. My first round–hated the bread but loved using the starter to make pancakes, crackers, etc. Thanks!

  53. Sierra says

Hi Wardee! I’d love to win a copy of your sourdough e-book because, though I have been dying to take the e-course, I have a 5 month old busy little boy and sitting still is hard to come by :) And now that I am no longer prego I love love love sourdough! I much prefer homemade bread, pizza, etc. to store bought. Thanks for the opportunity!!

  54. Marcela says

I’d love to win this, so I can make my first attempts with sourdough, right now I just learned how to make bread and my family is happy, so sourdough is the natural next step in this learning ( yummy ) process.

  55. Angela says

I am slowly working my way through the sourdough e-course and LOVING it! It would be great to have it all in an ebook format!

  56. Sara McCarty says

I would SO love to win this book! I’ve attempted sourdough recipes in the past and have just not been successful. Would love to try again and be able to enjoy the results!

  57. Cheryl says

I would love to be blessed by receiving your book in this giveaway. I am new to sourdough and have now developed a good flavor, but I am not getting enough rise. Help! We’re chomping away at my attempts at a loaf meanwhile. :)

  58. Tracy Willans says

I would love to win this book because I love bread but commercial bread does not love me, I live in a small city where the only good bread is 2 bus rides away, I really want to sign up for your courses but, I am a full time artist trying to live on what I make and my partner is studying at uni and getting a small welfare payment so money is tight.

  59. Anna says

Far too often I fall into the one-recipe-wonder… where I make one thing within a category and don’t branch out too far. I LOVE the idea of sourdough, because the starter automatically requires more depth of discovery. This seems to be just the thing I need to get my hands on.

  60. CarolM says

I have been experimenting with sour dough I find on the internet. It would be great to have a resource in my kitchen I can take with me at all times.

  61. Matt Garofolo, DC says

I’d love to win the Sourdough A to Z eBook! This is just the impetus I need to get back into trying another starter and making it work this time. I also find that I prefer printed “cookbooks” as opposed to reading on the computer.

I do so value the lessons from Wardee and friends!

    Crossing my fingers!

  62. Christie says

I’d love to win! I took the course and my printed lessons were done on scrap paper or with a draining print cartridge.

The member variations must be fun additions too.

  63. Allison says

Oh how this would be a great addition to a gal who’s trying hard to keep up with her sister (the infamous Erin). So much knowledge and so much inspiration to make healthier meals!
Right now I’ve got all these random recipes floating around my house. I had every good intention of putting them all into a 3 ring binder, life happens and that didn’t. :)
Anyway, I would love the ebook! Please choose me. :)

  64. says

I would love to win in order to have all the recipes from the ecourse in one place, and to glean from the collective knowledge of all the members and teachers!

  65. Sara says

I’ve been really interested in eating sanely for many, many years now, and Nourishing Traditions was simply a revelation. I recently purchased a starter (from King Arthur), and I’ve been making sourdough bread, muffins, crumpets, and whatever else I can think of, so I’d love to have the book to learn by.

  66. Marcella says

I can’t get my husband to eat sourdough! I think it is because he has never had a good homemade bread! With the right tips, tricks, and recipes I think it would become a household staple. Please help me get there!

  67. Michelle says

I would love to win an e book! Our family is trying to eat healthier. Baby steps is the plan we are on. LOL!! This book would really get us going in the right direction. There is a lot of great info out there, however I am real hands on. So if I have it in my hands then I am more inclined to use it and apply the info. Thank you for offering this great tool!

  68. Karen says

I would love to win a copy of this book because of all the wonderful benefits of sourdough and the teachers are awesome. You make sourdough seem so easy to work with and
we want it to be easy for us too so the book will be so helpful. Thanks for the chance to

  69. Lan says

My son has bad eczema and multiple food allergies. I want to make sourdough bread but don’t know where to start, thus I would love to be blessed by receiving your book in this giveaway.

  70. Trish Townsend says

I wanted to do your sourdough e-course, but when it first started our budget was really tight. So I began a starter on my own. It did pretty well for several months, but last October, our 16 year old son passed away unexpectedly and I just left the starter alone. I am now feeling like I could try again, but would love your book to really teach me how to do it right. Thanks!

  71. Ann says

I am super excited about this book! I have been wanting to experiment with sourdough and since I suspect gluten intolerance in our family, I would love to try the gluten free recipes!

  72. Lindsey says

I would love a book; I’ve been wanting to try sourdough, but it just seems so intimidating!

  73. elena marshall says

Oh Wardee, how generous of you. :o) Thank you once again for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. Your ministry is a blessing. :o)
I would LOVE to win this book because I just purchased my very first Bosch! :o) So this, would be the perfect thing to get good habits started! :o)
Again, thank you for the opportunity!!
    Love and blessings,

  74. Mallory Sanders says

I really want to win this ebook because I have a thriving sourdough starter, but I have no idea what to do with it all! I have to make something once a week to keep it alive and kicking, but I am only feeding myself and a girl can only eat so many loaves of bread and crackers! I need some other ways to use it!!!
Also, as a 40+ hour a week preschool teacher who makes everything from scratch, any tips on how to use up some starter without it taking multiple days of work would be SO helpful for those certain weekends when I just want a break!
Thanks for the chance to win!

  75. Mary says

I would love to win the sourdough book! How generous and what a blessing you are to all of us who want to eat healthier. :-)

  76. Marisa says

Very interested in this book. I dabbled with whole wheat sourdough a year ago and had mediocre results. Would love to see if this book could improve that. Also interested in other uses for sourdough besides a loaf of bread.

  77. Kori Ireland says

Wow! I would LOVE to win the ebook. I am trying to spend less time on the computer – so all of those videos right now are out, plus I prefer something in print. :-) Right now it’s just not in the budget for the ecourse, though you definitely have some wonderful looking content!
    THanks for the opportunity.

  78. Mairzie says

I’d like to win this book because I want to make better sourdough for my dear family. Thank you for the chance.

  79. Carolyn says

I’d love to win the book- which will be massively more helpful to me than watching the vidoes b/c i’m hearing impaired. I’m super nervous about making bread for some reason, and sourdough is at the top of my list of “things to try” b/c I feel like it’s the most natural form of making bread (not to mention it’s the most delicious form :)). Soooo… crossing my fingers hoping to win! Yay! :)

  80. Debbie Wallbank says

I would love this book. I am just starting to experiment with sourdough and I would love to see recipes of all the wonderful healthy things that you have found for us. God’s wonderful provision! Debbie

  81. says

I just brought home a sourdough starter & have it sitting in my fridge until I can figure out what to do with it! I have access to the sourdough class online, but I’m trying to do the cheese course as well and…I think a book would be most helpful at this time.

  82. Wei'er says

I had joined up with GNOWFLINS E-courses since last year. And had tried out so many awesome and reliable recipes that were provided. It had indeed had wow so many of my family members and friends that wholesome traditional nourishing cooking can taste so yummy and so easy to make. Coming from an Asian background, I have quite a number of the recipes to suit my own tastebuds but still keeping it western for my aussie hubby and kids. I would have love to join the E-course indefinitely but due to financial constraints, I would have to save up by the month and join whenever I can afford to. Thus, it would be so wonderful to be able to receive this giveaway for this sourdough book (which I had countless of handwritten recipes from it in my kitchen and house somewhere) and to be able to refer to it during the budget tight months of the year. Thanks Wardee once more. And God had indeed given you this talent to promote and educate others about the beauty of eating His way. May the Lord bless you!

  83. Kathy says

I am determined to make good sourdough bread…no luck so far, but this book may be just what I need! Thanks for sharing your expertise.

  84. Jessica says

I would love to win this book!! I started a sourdough starter and had to throw him away…so am working on another one now. I need all the help I can get :)

  85. Amanda says

I would love this because I keep saying I’m going to take the course, but I work full time and don’t have internet at home AND when I do have time, it’s to take care of my two little children (2 year old and 8 month old). This would be PERFECT as I can find moments to read, but finding internet time is very difficult!

  86. Deah says

I would LOVE to win this…I don’t have time to sit and watch video after video (as much as I’d love to), but would really enjoy something I could pull out and study when waiting for appts, etc. I did try a sourdough starter a year ago and it fell by the wayside since the only recipe I found that everyone liked was a waffle recipe (I personally love the tang of true sourdough bread). This would also be a wonderful tool to teach my children more in the kitchen, also.
Thanks for the opportunity to enter the giveaway. Found your blog through Katie’s and REALLY have enjoyed what I’ve read so far.
    D =)

  87. says

I would L-O-V-E a copy of your eBook because I desperately want to make healthy bread for my family and all my attempts so far have completely flopped! Quick yeast bread and I just don’t get along…lol!…and I tried sourdough bread yesterday and it wouldn’t rise for ANYTHING! I’m trying again today, but it would help to have a more comprehensive source for instructions than random Google searches! 😉

  88. kelly villarreal says

I would love to win the ebook. I’ve been on the traditional journey for about a year now and would love to begin the sourdough process. Wanted to take your ecourse but just didn’t have the extra money.

  89. Samantha says

I would love to win a copy of the book. I really want to get my family eating healthier bread. My husband loves sour dough, so this might just do the trick!

  90. Julie says

I would love to win because I know very little about sourdough and I would really like to learn more and start making it.

  91. Becky says

I want this book b/c I’m trying to incorporate sourdough into our weekly baking routine and I’d like to understand the ins and outs of sourdough. I’m always trying to help more people discover sourdough and traditional foods, so it would be great to have a wonderful sourdough resource! :)
I’ve already passed on some of my “carl” to some friends!

  92. Audra says

I am always experimenting (with some successes and some flops!) so that our family can have more variety in our whole foods diet. While I have figured out some great ways to use sourdough, many things still have not turned out to my satisfaction (including muffins, tortillas, and noodles…). I have been wishing to take the sourdough e-course, but it has not been possible for me thus far, so I am excited about this book! Thank you for taking the time to put this together. Whether I “win” it or not, the price makes it a practical investment for me. What a blessing for all of us who are trying so hard to be good stewards as we prepare food for our families!

  93. says

I have tried with several starters, flours, and plenty of Google searching, but I would love a more comprehensive, tested, and trusted source for my sourdough efforts. I like your theories and practices with food, and I trust you. I’d love a copy, for sure! I want to make healthy and delicious foods for my family like everyone else, and I’ve been working on it for a long time now. I’ve had successes and failures, of course, but I really think this would help me.

  94. Vicki Barnes says

Absolutely! Since buying our property last year I have been researching sustainability and healthy eating. I have been a little scared to cook with sourdough starter and this would be a great resource for our family to learn.

  95. Cindy Wilson says

I absolutely loved the Sourdough e-course and I made my own sourdough started last year and have been using it once a week and love it! I would like to win the Sourdough A to Z ebook so that I can have all of the recipes in one place and print them out and put them into a binder in my kitchen! Thank you for this opportunity.

  96. Carol says

This book would be so helpful for me. I am gluten intolerant, but can eat sourdough with no problem. Thank you for this chance.

  97. says

I haven’t been able to complete the sourdough course because of budget. :( I would love to get all the materials that I missed as well as the updated ones. :) My desire is to provide my family with the most nutritious food possible. I have the grain mill and a healthy starter, but the end product is not always satisfactory. I’m sure these materials are what I need to make sourdough a regular part of our diet!

  98. Christy says

I would be great to win this book, so I can make bread for the family who gives us our raw milk. It has gotten too expensive to drive all the way out there and pay for milk. He said that if I made him sour dough bread he would give me milk.

  99. Jacque Wardle says

I have been waiting so patiently for you to do a sourdough book. I am so excited. I would love to win a free book just so I simply do not have to run to my computer, turn it on, and log into Gnowfglins just to remember a recipe or the ingredients :). Wahooo, I’m so excited!

  100. LaRee Wyatt says

I want this book to be able to have one resource in print form to use for all my sourdough baking. I have my starter started, but haven’t been successful baking with it yet. It’d be nice to have instructions in book form, because we may not always have access to computers if times get hard in this country…if you know what I mean.

Thanks for all your hard work by the way. I’m taking the cultured dairy eCourse right now with much success!

  101. says

I would totally love to receive your e-book. I have been wanting to learn more about sourdough and things like that for a long time. I also have a deep interest in simplifiying my life.

  102. says

I have seven children….is that a good enough reason? :-) Right now we are on GAPS to help some of our crew, but once we are off I intend on using sourdough to sour our grains. This would be very helpful.

  103. Courtney says

I would LOVE to win this book because I am going through the sourdough e course. But I am a little slow because I am in my last month of pregnancy and it is really hard on me. So I don’t have a whole lot of energy to do a whole lot. The book would be so much easier and convenient for me to go through at this stage in my life – eventhough I love and appreciate all the videos in the ecourse. The book would be easier for me right now.

  104. says

I want to win because I am addicted to cooking and baking! Which is good, because I have ten kids who have developed the nasty habit of eating. Daily. Three times a day, even! I had only ever used sourdough for bread and never for pizza, cookies, cake or anything else until your e-course. So, given my obsessive personality, EVERYTHING has been sourdough for a couple of weeks and this gives me MORE ammunition. By the way, I am going to link to your giveaway on my blog!

  105. amom says

I would love to win this ebook because my whole family, including my aged parents, my husband, and our 6yo, is addicted to grains. The ecourse is cost-prohibitive for us at the moment, but I need to learn how to prepare healthier grains in various forms to try to entice my family away from processed junk bread, pancakes, cakes, etc.

  106. Amy says

I would love to win the ebook!!! I have just been beginning to learn a little about sourdough and would like to make more nutritious bread for my family.

  107. Katie says

I would love to win the book so I could share it with my sister. I have loved every minute of every ecourse and would love to share this with her.

  108. says

I have heard so many other food bloggers say that have really enjoyed your sourdough course, which has made me very curious. I love sourdough and enjoy reading about ways people use it.

  109. Kelli says

I would love the sourdough ebook because when I bake my first perfect loaf of sourdough bread I will feel like I have arived! I own enough low-nutrient recipes, and now cherish resipes that are healthy and delish.

  110. says

    Hi Wardee!
I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, to win this!! I have three daughters that would be richly blessed to learn from you in this way!

    THANKS for a great giveaway!

  111. Julie says

I had tried several different methods of starting a starter and was never successful until I watched your videos on the science behind sourdough and how to start a starter. Now I have a strong starter and I have been trying out different recipes from the ecourse. We have loved several of the recipes so far, especially the cinnamon rolls. I love how easy you make all of the recipes and techniques. However, I have 4 children 5 and under so it’s hard to find time to sit down and go through the recipes. I really enjoy watching the videos, but I would really like the ebook so that I could see at a quick glance the extra information that you include with the recipes (variations and tweaks) without having to search for them.

  112. Melissa Wood says

I’d love to win because I love sourdough. It seems souring the grain is the best way to reduce phytic acid.

  113. Andrea Trudeau says

I would love this book! I have been reading your site and dreaming of signing up, but the budget wont allow it. So, I’d love to have a part of your knowledge at a price I can afford! :)

  114. heather stinson says

I am just starting to use sourdough and would love some further insight. I LOVE the stuff….

  115. Nicola says

What a fabulous book!! I would love to win a copy. I live in Ireland and I am trying very hard to learn about better nutrition. The world of sourdough is very alien to me though. I would love to do your e-course but currently the budget won’t allow for that at the moment. I have attempted sourdough but it hasn’t worked out yet. Having your book would hopefully help me to understand sourdough & I could save for your cultured dairy course instead.

  116. says

I would love to get a copy of your sourdough book! I have tried working with sourdough in the past but my attemps have not been successful. My husband suffers from IBS and I really believe that sourdough would be better for him than store bought yeasts. Thanks for considering!

  117. says

I am so excited about your sourdough e-book and hope I win! Why? I’ve only in the recent past been successful in baking breads at all, and having discovered sourdough, I’m hooked. I’ve never purchased a starter, but instead, I’ve made my own using several different recipes. With a collection of links in my favorites, I read all I can get my eyes on to improve my sourdough experience, but your ebook would clearly make my life and baking easier! There is so much to learn and so many to learn it from! Thanks for the opportunity — blessings to you and yours, ~Lisa

  118. michelle p. from wa says

I would be blessed to win a copy of this e-book. I’d love to have all of the information in one easy to grab place instead of always looking back to my computer. I have been richly benefited by your knowledge and desire to share it with all of us. I am thankful for sourdough and blessed to have been able to learn so much about it.

  119. Elizabeth DeLoach says

I would love to be blessed with this ebook to have all the info in one place. As well as Homeschool material for later. My daughter loves watching the movies with me. Money is tight and she has been spending her money to renew. Just this morning she was playing talking about her sourdough ecourse. This was soo funny because she is only 3. I would love to have the info in one place and for teaching subsequent children.

Thank you so much for helping us make this transition.

  120. Jennifer says

I have recently revived my starter and am looking forward to using it in new and interesting recipes.

  121. Bethany says

I would really love to have this! All I’ve ever done with sourdough is bread, and I think it’s time to expand my horizons! Thanks for the opportunity!

  122. Sarah O. says

Thanks for putting this info into an e-book. I don’t have internet at home, but I sure would like access to all of the information!

  123. Merry says

I would love the sourdough book. Learning not just to cook loaf bread with sourdough but all the other types of breads like muffins and tortilla would be fabulous.

  124. Leah says

I just ordered a sourdough starter from cultures for health and I want to make sure I do this right so I don’t kill it!

  125. Jody Y. says

I would love to win this book because I am interested in making sourdough bread. I have been struggling to get a starter going various times over the last few months with no success. I have read that sourdough is a healthier bread than regular yeast bread, so I would like to try it.

  126. Deb says

I want to make my own bread, but do not know where to start. Your book would be all I need to get me going.

    • Kathryn says

I have been trying to get a sour dough starter going for the past two years, and none have succeeded. I need this to figure out what I’m doing wrong. :-) I and my husband LOVE sourdough – :-)

  130. Stephanie says

On my to do list this year is to tackle sourdough. My son is only a baby; but when he does start eating grains, I want it to be properly prepared.

  131. says

I had a sourdough starter last year but then my mom was helping & forgot to pull some out before mixing up waffles. I’d love to start again!!!

  133. Soccy says

I would love to win your book. I have wanted to start making my own sourdough but I’m just too scared to try and fail. I’m hoping your book will give me the information I need to be brave enough to do this.

  134. Monica says

Why? I am starting to believe that yeast breads are the problem for me. Namely the yeast and not the flour. I would love to try the sourdough course with knowledge that is already known to work well.

  135. Jenny says

I would luv to win the sourdough e-book, I want to have all the course info in printed form in case of computer issues or an emergency where I would not have access to the e-book…and of course I would luv to read all the extra info included!

  136. Helen says

Sourdough is my husbands favourite bread nad I would love to learn how to make it for him.

  137. Jessica Smith says

Before I very recently found this wonderful website, I caught my own wild sourdough from the instructions in an old book lent to me by my mother. I have been using my starter, experimenting here and there, but I would LOVE to learn more from those with successful experience. I am on a journey learning to provide healthy, natural food for my young and growing family, and to pass on what I learn to my children – for the benefit of future generations. THANK YOU so much for the giveaway opportunity, and for the great information you provide on your blog!!

  138. A8ala says

I’ve been nursing a starter for a few years now and I’m a bit bored with what I’m making. Time to get excited again by new ideas.

  139. Suzie says

I’d love to win a copy of this sourdough e-course because I believe in feeding my family better and I’ve heard so much about the benefits of sourdough. I’m really looking forward to seeing the tortilla/tortilla chips recipe. I’m a homeschooling Mom of 3 wild, sweet, sassy, active kiddos. Thanks for this opportunity.

  140. Hope Archibald says

I would love to get started with sourdough again.. It is my hubbys favorite.. I just need more knowledge on it..

  141. says

My dad signed up to take the sourdough coarse. He has dabbled in sour dough for years. But finding his way through the technology of the online classes made it overwhelming for him. I would love to win this book so I could print it and give it to him. He could have the benefit of the coarse without the technology. He would be sooooo excited :-). (If I don’t win it I’m going to buy it for him anyway, but I just thought I would give it a shot). Thanks for putting this into a combined printer friendly form for those who are not so technology savvy!!

  142. Margie says

I’m new to your website (loving every single post!!) and new to the idea of cooking with sourdough myself, though I grew up on sourdough–my mom has a starter she got from a friend or family member (don’t remember which) decades ago! So I need to get on the ball. I found your site through my sister, Heidi who has taken your ecourse(s). Thank you for what you’re doing here! Oh yes, I hope I win! :)

  143. Andrea says

I’m just getting into sourdough after being almost grain-free for a while, so I would love to have some new recipes!

  144. Susanna says

I love learning about sourdough options, so this would be great! The sourdough english muffins are our favorite. Oh, and the crepes too! :)

  145. Charissa says

I’m dying for some new sourdough ideas! I was really good about using my starter faithfully for a while, but I got tired of it and have gotten lazy recently.

  146. Carlyn says

A few months back I began a sourdough starter. I have made simple things like pancakes, waffles, and ebelskivers with it. I usually feed it once a week and add the extra to my weekly homemade bread. I have yet to try 100% sourdough bread (meaning no extra yeast), I am nervous about the 2-day process. I don’t know why. When I looked at the Table of Contents of your e-book, I couldn’t believe all the yummy things you can make with sourdough–tortillas, cake, cookies, muffins, pies, etc.! I would love to win your Sourdough A to Z e-book so I can learn to branch out and make new things with my sourdough. Thank you for this opportunity!

  147. Kathy says

I would love to win this book, so I could have a handy reference. I have to frequently run to my computer when making some of the sourdough recipes to double check the recipes. The more I read about sourdough, the more I’m committed to using it for the health benefits!

  148. Charis says

I LOVE the sourdough ecourse, and would love this book so I don’t have to keep pulling stuff up on my computer. :) My family is loving the pancakes and muffins!!

  149. says

After failing the first time I tried to make a starter, I am using tips from your sample chapter to try again. I have another month or two before I can devote time to the courses since I am already taking two classes online at the moment. I need some help transferring all of my yeast recipes to sourdough (or creating new ones) and I think this is a great place to start!

  150. sa'ada says

this post was put up on my birthday and the book would make a nice birthday gift :)

i’ve failed miserably every time i’ve tried to start a starter. thank you so much for the sample chapter. if i’m successful with the starter i will have to buy the book so i can try all the recipes.

  151. Chunky says

My husband loves bread but I can’t tolerate it well. The only bread that both of us enjoy, without any bad consequence is a sprouted bread that I get from my local organic shop. Supplies can be quite limited as we live in a small town, so we go without it quite often. Learning how to make sourdough (I’ve downloaded the sample chapter, and it looks great) will help me make my own bread and make use of my bread maker (which is a gift from my mother). My husband has the usual ‘modern’ diseases (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes) so eating healthily is a definite priority for us. Thank you so much for this site, it is very helpful for people who want to know more about healthy food preparation. Hope to be able to join the classes soon!

  152. says

I would LOVE to win this e-book because I have been wistfully wishing I could afford to do your whole course! My hubby and I are full-time volunteer workers in China doing various things and we just had our first baby. I’ve been very interested in health and nutrition for a long time (ministry to the interior, if you will) and cooking healthy, nourishing food is a way that we bless other full time volunteers here too (especially the young single ones who usually don’t look after themselves!). Please, please — pick me! Oh pick me!

  153. Leah (blessed) says

I’d love to win the “Sourdough A to Z” ebook because I love sourdough! I had a great starter going before my 5th child was born last summer. Once she was born a lot of things went by the wayside, including my sourdough starter. I’m excited to get another one going now that the baby is 8.5 months old. :)

  154. says

Thank you for this wonderful giveaway.

The reasons I want to win are as follows:

    1) We are improving our intestinal health babystep by babystep, and sourdough bread is the current babystep.

    2) My daughter’s intestines need healing. Period.

    3) I would love someone to hold my hand and walk me through this area of my life, as I am crazy-busy right now, and many things have to be temporarily pushed to the background.

    4) I’d like to master sourdough before our next baby or crisis comes. 😉

    5) It’s oh-so-fun to win something! I lose a lot, but don’t often win. :)

Thanks again for the giveaway. I truly enjoy your site.

  155. Carmen says

In would love to win this book because I really want to bring sourdough recipes into my kitchen but I’m lacking the confidence to get started. This book would be a great resource and the perfect “push” to get me started. I am not able to pay for the sourdough classes. I am continually making strides to completely convert to a real food diet and sourdough bread, muffins, tortillas is next on my list!

  156. Megan Petersen says

I would like to win the e-book in order that we can use it while traveling as well as for the benifits of our large family. It would be a great resource to have! We have been experimenting with sourdough and all of us really like it!

Thank you for having this giveaway… :)

  157. Susan says

Have been grinding and making wholefood recipes for years….just started with sourdough, but could use help in understanding how to make use it more than just bread~! Would love to have this e-book!

  158. says

I want to win the book for a few reasons…

    1. I’m totally intimidated by sourdough, but really want to learn to cook/bake with it.
    2. I suffer from severe digestive problems and from what I’ve read, sourdough would be better than other types of breads.
    3. We have other food allergies in our family that I think would be helped by using more sourdough (fermented) foods.
    4. I want to return to the traditional skills of our grandmothers…and what better way than sourdough which was carried across the plains by the early settlers!

I hope to take all your courses in the next few months in my efforts to find healing for myself and my family. I appreciate your work in getting the information out in such an understandable, easy to use format.

  159. Nancy says

I would love to win your sourdough ebook because I know it will be a very great resource when I begin using sourdough. I can’t wait to see all the recipes you have!

  160. says

I want to win because my young adult daughter and I are trying to learn to bake good, healthy bread together for our family :)

  161. Tessa says

I’d like to win because my Mom and I are learning to bake healthy, at home for the family :)

  162. says

I would really like to win this! We make our own bread, but are anxious to learn to work with sourdough, since it is a self-sustainable option — not to mention tasty!

  163. allie says

I would love to win this book because I don’t know anyone that makes sourdough so I dont have a mentor! I’ve never made it but want to. I can’t believe all the things you can make with it. Wow!!

  164. says

I could really use this book! I tried to find time to take the e-course but my life did not allow it at the moment. I am so afraid to start my sourdough but really want to :)

  165. Michelle says

I have so enjoyed the sourdough ecourse. I have learned so much. I would love to share a copy of this book with my brother, who loves to bake with whole wheat. He has a grain grinder and an Electrolux mixer and makes all the bread type products for his family of 3 young kids. He hasnt tried sourdough yet, but I bet he would love it. I made the starter and plan to share it with friends and family. Thank you for making sourdough less scarry!

  166. Melanie says

I understand the benefits of sourdough, but it sounds scary and so I’ve yet to try it once! It just looms in my mind as being so difficult, but maybe if I had this book I could see how easy and great it could be to make this for my family and use it for not just bread.

  167. Erika Burnett says

I just made a rye starter last week and have tried a few things so far. Great timing, though, I would love to understand the process more, and was actually considering today taking your course. I prefer to read, though, so great timing!
My toddler is gluten intolerant, praying for healing! Once that happens, I definitely want to have sourdough up and running as the healthiest option.

  168. says

Hello, I am a missionary in Mexico. And I am just learning more about healthy foods. And have tried to make sourdough in the past. Only made bread but would like to learn more ways to use sourdough (my sourdough starter died that someone made) and I would like to make it correctly. My husband really likes sourdough. But my past attempts haven’t been to soury tasting. And I would like to be able to use the book to teach other women and girls I work with how to make it. -Thank-you

  169. Marcia George says

I would love to win a copy of this book because I have been looking for sourdough recipes for 30 years, ever since I had and then lost a wonderful book about sourdough which included recipes for cakes, biscuits and the rest. I have scoured bookshops and the internet to find such recipes and been unsuccessful until I found your wonderful website. I am so excited. I love sourdough bread but I wanted to be able to stretch the concept into anything I could make with flour to make it healthy and beautifully sour. Thank you for your hard work and great ideas.

  170. Becky Otoupalik says

It would be such a blessing to win this! I have always wanted to learn about sourdough but for some reason have always been intimidated by the process. This book looks like it would be very helpful!

  171. says

I am really looking forward to becoming proficient at sourdough baking. I have known about soaking methods and baked with sourdough many years ago but not with great results.

  172. says

I would love to have this book. I am homeschooling my children and every tuesday is bread/baking day and I was doing sourdough with them, but can’t find recipes they enjoy, other than cinammon buns. I would love to be able to feed my children wonderful sourdough A-Z.
    Thank you in advance.

  173. JoAnna Parente says

I’d love to win this! This has been a tiresome pregnancy and I’ve fallen off the sourdough and real food bandwagon for far too long. I really need to get my act together! Baby #7 (10th pregnancy) is due in about 6 weeks so this would be a wonderful e-book to kick start me…

  174. Candice Hudson says

Winning the Sourdough e-book would provide a super addition to the body of information I gained from the Fundamentals course. As a wife and mother that desires to honor the Lord and my family through nourishing, time-tested preparation methods and whole foods, this e-book would equip me with the knowledge to take the health of our family to the next level. I believe the Lord gets the glory and our family reaps the benefits of health when we eat the foods he designed in the way he intended.

  175. Kristen in MO says

I would love to win this book. We currently grind our flour and make our bread, however I have just been learning about soaking and now sourdough. I am constantly seeking to provide nourishing meals for my family. This book would allow us to learn as a family more ways to prepare foods we like in healthier ways. I consider this type of learning an important part of our family homeschool.

  176. Rachelle says

I’m slowly making progress on my journey to healthier, more nutritious eating for me and my family. Sourdough is on my “to do” list and this book would give me a great head start!

  177. Rachel says

I would love to win this ebook for my family. I am homeschooling my oldest this year and will add another child next year (we have four little ones). I have done some soaking of grains but love the idea of the spontaneousness of sourdough.

  178. shelley says

I would love to win your book, I’ve never done anything “sourdough” before. It’s on my list of things to attempt & this would be wonderful to have right at my fingertips!!! I recently subscribed to your blog and I’m really enjoying it. If I’m not one of the lucky 3 that win one of your e-books, in the near future I may give your on line classes a try. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge with us beginners.

  179. Lacey says

I can’t begin to tell you how much it would mean to me to win a copy of your incredible ebook. I love your newsletter and all of the interesting and valuable information you so generously share with all of your readers. I have been interested in learning about sourdough for quite some time, but just haven’t known exactly how to take the “plunge” :) First and foremost, my greatest desire in hoping to win this book is for my husband who has diabetes. I have done extensive research and have found that sourdough bread and products have a lower glycemic effect on the body and this is exactly the type of recipes I am always seeking in an effort to keep him healthy. (He has an extremely rare genetic condition that has finally made him diabetic due to 2/3 s of his pancreas being removed!) The rest of my family as well as myself would also benefit from the improved nutritional status that I believe sourdough foods offer. Thanks for all of the wonderful information!

  180. rachel says

It would be great to have all those recipes in one place! I have completely replaced all our bread with souerdough and my family is coming to really appreciate this yummy traditional food.

  181. Jennifer says

I would love to win the ebook, I am intrigued by your blog and by sourdough. I have 5 children and I homeschool so I don’t have a lot of time for e-courses. My children and I grind wheat and roll our own oats, it would be awesome to with this ebook so my children and I can learn sourdough together. All I know about sourdough is that you can make great bread with it. My children and I started a sourdough starter a couple years ago–before my 5th child was born. We called our “pet” yeasty beasty and I taught my boys that it was a living thing that we had to feed everyday. Once I got Yeasty Beasty really going, I didn’t know what to do with all the sourdough and he had a quick demise, then came #5 and I am just now starting to get back into making bread again. I really hope to be able to either buy or win a copy it would be so much fun to resurrect Yeasty Beasty and start fresh, ready to go to down with everything sourdough! Here’s hopin’ I win! Good luck to all!

  182. Dawn says

It would be a blessing to win this book as I don’t have the economic means right now to purchase the course or ebook. I have made sourdough bread for many years and could use many more ideas of how to use my starter. Thank you for the opportunity and for all your work on making healthy eating methods available!

  183. says

This would be lovely. Have put off trying sourdough and don’t have the finances to get it now. I’ve been slowly incorporating healthy foods as able to our family diet the past year and would love this resource!

  185. Eleanor McCarthy says

I would love to wn this book. I have been trying to bake sourdough bread for a while. There are so many ways to do it. What I really need is to learn a reasonable, practical way to do it, so that it fits into my life (family, work, etc.). Plus, it is something that I would like to teach my 17-year old daughter this summer. We all need to learn the basic skills.

  186. Elizabeth says

Would love to win! Last year I started making my own bread but have yet to make sourdough. This would help me get off to a great start. Thanks!

  187. Heather Thorsvik says

I’v recently committed to baking nearly everything I can in sourdough form. I finally have a starter (knock on wood! lol) and made my first sd pancakes this morning. I need support in this commitment for the sake of my health (family history of gluten/yeast sensitivities and a big food intolerance that is yet unnamed).

  188. farmgirl says

would love to have this book to be able to learn how to make bread that’s good for you and that my family will eat.

  189. Andrea says

I want to win this book more than you know! I am on a dial-up connection and can’t watch videos. I already have my sourdough starter and I can make one bread my family will happily eat. I want to learn how to branch out and use sourdough for other things.

  190. Cheryl says

Well….I think I need this book simply because I’m one of those hs moms who “doesn’t have time” to figure it all out on her own–(the sourdough thing)…AND, when I did decide to try it once, it got moldy on me :( I’d love to have this book!

  191. says

I live in a multi-generational household, and have seen my family’s health improve as I’ve incorporated traditional foods into our diets. With my wheat intolerance, and my mother’s gluten intolerance, though, I still haven’t managed a sourdough bread to be really proud of. I think this book might have some information to get me from [delicious] gluten-free hard-tac to actual bread.

  192. Teresa says

I’d love to win this because I’m really just getting started with sourdough baking, and I need all the help I can get. :)

In my kitchen you will find vegetables and raw dairy, all in various states of fermenting, beans and grains soaking, local beef, chicken, even venison in the freezer. The two next things on the list to fine tune…cheesemaking and breadbaking.
I would love to win the book- fresh goat brie on warm sourdough bread fresh out of the oven…yum!!!!!

    fingers are crossed :)

I’ve recently started baking with kefir, and yogurt. It has been the most fun adventure and I would love to win a copy of your ebook because I would love some new tips and thoughts. I haven’t started sourdough from scratch before and I would love to move from my kefir/yogurt breads and into new ideas and suggestions. Thank you for all you do, I am so blessed by this website!

I’d love to win this book! I’ve been having a hard time trying to make different things out of my starter….. I get as far as bread and pancakes…. that’s it 😛 This book would really help me to get out of my “box”!

    Thanks for holding this!

  196. Ashleigh says

My next baby step into real food is to start baking. Sourdough intimidates me for some reason, so I’d love to win this book and get over my fears! 😉

  197. says

I’d love to win this book b/c I want to work on more natural foods with my family, but I’m going to have to do it one teeny tiny baby step at a time. I think working with sourdough would be a wonderful place to start. Mostly b/c my hubby LOVES fresh baked bread. Oh by the way my daughters name is Serah (long e) Kay thought it was kind of neat that one of the instructors was Sara Kay, 😀

  198. Robin says

I’ve killed several sourdough starters :( This book sounds like it would go far to help me from becoming a serial starter killer 😉

We are moving toward a working farm that can accommodate people who would like to stay and experience what life on a farm is like! I have so enjoyed this course and would like to have a physical copy so that people can look through and ask questions and hopefully desire to take the course or purchase their own copy to try! Hopefully I can spread the word!

Thanks and blessings to each of you dear women.

I just bought a baking stone and would love my first creation to be a recipe from your book.
Besides, how many guys are requesting it anyway? Give us a chance!

  207. Margaret K says

I would love to have a copy of all of the recipes and information in one place. I have been looking for a good sourdough cookbook, and I have not located one yet. Looking at the sample chapter this looks like it is a good one!

  208. Lisa H. says

Aah, to have all this information all in one place, ONE file on my desktop, …. not scattered here and there as I hope to find time to download all the lessons (I am a member) and then arrange them nicely into one file (I am not computer literate…) Yes, I should learn to do this- one day! But for now, I’m raising 8 children, and time is at a premium. They will soon be gone. And I’d love to have more time with them, than with my computer! 😉

    Thanks for the giveaway!

I would LOVE to win this, I’ve been thinking it would be nice to figure out how to make sourdough, since my hubby mentioned it was the BEST bread, but haven’t had time to research it online at all. This way I could learn all about it, without having to take the time to do lots of research, and sift through what may or may not be right…sometime I’d love to take your classes, but that will have to wait a few months at least, cause we have some other things we have to purchase in the next few months so money will be tight. Thanks for the chance to win!
