Hi Wardee baby! It is finally setting down around here after a crazy two weeks and wouldn’t you know it? The kids have winter break next week! Hope all is well with you and your lovely family! I am sharing a recipe for Braised Chard because some folks are scared of the bitter and earthy taste of greens and chard is much milder so it is the perfect green to try if you want to experiment, but not too much
