I made these great apple cheddar scones this week. I’m trying to figure out the best way to convert them to a soaked flour recipe (maybe soak them using cultured butter and cultured cream?) but for now I used sprouted whole wheat flour with success. These are SO fall that it’s impossible not to put on your cardigan and nestle up with a cup of milk tea and one of these.
