Tuesday Twister

I’m late, I’m late! But for a good reason; I think you’ll agree. An internet security expert wrote to us the other day to suggest we tighten things up, and we were glad to hear his recommendations and be able to act on them. We are in the process of making the eCourse signup and login pages secure (encrypted), to protect the transmittal of your private, sensitive information.

The site experienced some downtime over the last few days, including this morning. We’re back up now, and I’m about to turn on the security features. Thanks for your patience. My husband and I are committed to making GNOWFGLINS better all the time.

So, finally, I’m able to add the Tuesday Twister post for today! Tomorrow’s post, I’ll be sharing probiotic dessert ideas. And on Thursday, another round of Simple Lives Thursday. I look forward to all you’ll share!

I’ve been following the probiotic series with great interest. I’d like to get more into our diet, but I’m feeling a bit hampered by time and a lack of success. Perhaps this fall when the majority of my kids are back in school, I can play in the kitchen again.

Hello Wardeh, glad to hear you were able to get your internet security working. Today’s post is part two of a book review of ‘What the Bible Says about Healthy Living Cookbook” a complement to Dr. Rex Russell’s book ‘What the Bible Says about Healthy Living’. If i’ve got time today, I’ll post another recipe from the cookbook. ~ blessings Carmen

Barb — I’m glad you’re liking the probiotic series. I have enjoyed it also. I look forward to hearing how your playing in the kitchen goes this fall.

Carmen — Thanks for sharing from his cookbook! I have not had the recipe book, but I have read the other.

Kelly — I see you’re working on sourdough! I’m sure you’ll get it. Have you been able to try out my Fundamentals eCourse lesson on sourdough?

Charity — Yes, it can be exhausting! Thanks for linking up your yummies today. I’ll look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks, too.

Hi Wardeh! You know what they say, security begins at home! (actually they say that about charity!) I linked up by mistake to your older twister, so i posted a different recipe here. This is a great Bittman recipe for Bolognese Sauce that I made with Grass fed Beef and it came out deliciously! :) Thanks for sharing your space with us! Alex@amoderatelife
