This week I’m sharing my Bottarga Pasta recipe. Bottarga, sometimes called Mediterranean caviar, is dried fish roe and adds amazing flavor to pasta and vegetables. It can be expensive and not sure how easy it can be found (I did not have a problem finding it here in Los Angeles) but is worth seeking out once in a while for its amazing flavor and texture.
