Tiffany - mine comes from Wilderness Family Naturals. A friend coordinates an order for a bunch of us locally so we save on shipping costs.

I usually fry our eggs in coconut oil. I have never tried red palm oil for anything but I would like to. I don't usually break the yolks on purpose when frying eggs but sometimes it happens anyway. I don't think I had ever had fried eggs before I married my husband (24 years ago).....my Mom always scrambled my eggs. I now serve them both ways. Sometimes scrambled, sometimes fried.
