		<description>I like it in the morning with a little Kala Namak (Indian black salt) and olive oil, it&#039;s just like scrambled eggs.

I also will toss in a sauteed onion, some mushrooms, cumin, garlic and a can of tomatoes and green chillies and sprinkle the whole thing with cheese.  It&#039;s like a Mexican style frittata.</description>

		<description>We love quinoa and cook it about once a week.   Generally I just saute a little garlic and then add the quinoa and a little water and let it steam the first time.  Then we use it for taboulleh or as a base for various other cold salads (tossed with steamed beans, tomatoes and basil, etc).  Basically we use it for salads, I guess.  I like it plain with a little salt and pepper too!</description>
