Coming Up…

I’ve got some exciting things to share with you. I can’t do it yet as I’m not ready. The first item coming up will be sharing my tweaked recipe, based on the 5-minute a day artisan bread, for delicious sprouted spelt bread. I cannot believe how easy bread can be. I step back from it in disbelief, wondering: how it is possible to make this without any kneading at all? Not only that, but the bread seems to be superior to my kneaded bread. Anyone else still working with the recipe?

Next, I’m about to have video capability. I already do actually, as I have my new digital camera in hand. Trouble is, my card reader isn’t here yet (should be this afternoon) and my movie-making skills need development. Once I sort those out, video demonstrations will be headed your way… I’d like to know, from you, what demonstrations would be most helpful for you? What would you like to see?

My excitement is percolating–I’m ready and waiting patiently for your unveiling, Wardeh! In my kitchen there is my second-ever kombucha batch and it is delicious thanks to your mentoring (and your little scoby!} Love, Mom

It’d be really exciting to see videos about kombucha, your artisan bread… well, just about everything you do is interesting! I’m a visual-type person and actually seeing you working at different projects will really help. Thanks for all the info! Love your site :)

I too would love to see a video on the kombucha and artisan bread. Using the artisan bread technique would it be possible to make your pita bread? I love visiting your site and have made many wonderful changes within our home. Thank you so much, Anita

Wardeh, if you happen to make your old whole wheat bread recipe again, I’d love to see a video of how you shape the loaves. Mine turn out funny!

I’d love to see a video about sprouting beans, sprouting grains, making artisan bread, kombucha tea, and anything else. Anything unusual that a recent convert to organic whole foods wouldn’t know. ;)

I can’t wait to hear/see more about your spelt bread. That’s what I’ve tried too … just a few times.
