    Wardeh,
    Hi, your menu sounds good. I haven’t made sprouted wheat (grain) pie crust before—yet. But you could use the recipe in my book for whole wheat pie crust. Use sprouted wheat then dehydrate it and grind it. I am pretty sure it would turn out very nice. Hope you still have time to try it. Let me know how it goes.
