		<description>I love fresh tomatoes.  If you get pressed for time and have freezer space, you can wash them and freeze them in bags whole.  Then thaw the bag, dump in a bowl and fish the skins out with a fork.  They are ready to add to your favorite recipe!  This is really helpful when you have a handful of ripe tomatoes and can&#039;t eat them fast enough. :-)</description>
