		<description>It looks lovely, good job Wardeh! It seems to me that similar-style cheese is used a lot in baja-style fish tacos, and also tortilla soup. Crumbled with pico de gallo salsa and served with corn chips might be good. And, what if you cube it and use it in some kind of stir fry, akin to using cubes of tofu (since it promises not to melt)? I would also be tempted to crumble it into a cold pasta salad.

Hi, I am so glad your family did good with the raw milk! Another cheese that is extremely easy to make is ricotta cheese. You can make many desserts with ricotta cheese, like cheese cake and such. If you need a recipe for ricotta, I&#039;ll give you one.
