I&#039;m glad you&#039;re going to try the soup! It is super delicious.

I think 8 red potatoes might be too many, though. I would only use 4 or 5 potatoes (figure 1 per person). Also, perhaps just 1 onion. Everything else looks good! You should do the turmeric and sage and cumin to taste. It is hard to advise you on those. Let me know how it turns out!</description>
