    Hi Wardeh,

    I wonder if you could answer a question for me. I have the book “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon, and really enjoy it. She has several recipes which call for, say, “1 c. crispy almonds” and then the grinding is done in preparing the recipe. I don’t have a satisfactory way to grind nuts, but I did find “almond meal” at Trader Joe’s last week. I don’t have much experience, but it looks pretty finely ground to me.

    My question is this: could you tell me about how much almond meal would be the equivalent of 1 c. almonds (before they’re ground)? I would appreciate it so much!
