MarxFoods.com is having a recipe contest to herald in the wild salmon season. The winner will receive 3 separate 5-pound shipments of wild salmon fillets. Delicious! I’d sure like to win that! I submitted our recipe for wild salmon melts, which is one of our favorite meals.
