Your children are so creative. I remember lying in our field and “shooting” at the train that was coming by–like the old western, where the bad guys were robbing the train. Such fun.
The granola recipe sounds yummy. Printed it out to try.

Patty, what a good memory! What a great game! Hope you like the granola. It isn’t overly sweet and it doesn’t call for oil, but it really is yummy.

    Love the bows! Very creative.

This recipe sounds so good. We’re all maple lovers here so I can’t wait to try it. I also wanted to mention that we’ve tried several of your recipes now and they’ve all turned out so well. Thanks for sharing them with the rest of us!

Rachelle, I love hearing that families enjoy natural foods! Thanks for giving some of my recipes a try and thanks for letting me know. Hope you like the granola!

Instead of the wheat germ or oat bran, do you think I could substitute rice bran? I need it to be gluten free. Thanks!

Hi Wardeh – I got the rice bran at our local health food store. I’m going to try making your granola with it. Thanks!
