What is kamut flour and is there something I can use as a substitute. Gluten is not our issue (priase the Lord), just eggs and dairy. Kamut is a gluten-grain that we used to use quite a bit. It would be in the wheat family. Anyway, just use whole wheat flour instead. You’ll really like these brownies!
