My dear friend and sister in the Lord, Vickilynn Haycraft, just announced that her cookbook, Wrapping It Up!, is now available for purchase. About the Book Not only can you make your own healthful tortillas at home with simple instructions and delicious recipes, but Wrapping It Up! has delivered creative uses for great-tasting fillings and […]
Many health-conscious cooks and mothers of large families often make bulk food purchases. It not only simplies shopping but often rewards the family with great savings in food costs. My family is no exception. We purchase non-perishables to last for one or two months or more. To make purchases this way requires workable pantry storage. […]

Edit (11/17/09): Even though C. no longer has allergies to dairy or eggs, we still make this pie.

They are soft and perfectly sweet (but not too sweet). Give them a try! They would be excellent made ahead for an easy Thanksgiving morning breakfast or snack. […]
Shopping List edited on 2-17-2011 to make it traditional food friendly — though I don’t shop much at Trader Joe’s anymore. When I go up there now, I load up on Kerrygold butter! We’re making preparations to make a Trader Joe’s trip tomorrow, possibly. We go every other month. We also visit my three friends […]
