Oh MY that sounds very very good. Wardeh, we are going to be making a Family Cookbook as well. Each time you have an idea that we like, or recipe, I tell the girls and they get excited. I think it makes Beka feel closer to Haniya, as well. I love showing them the photos of you all.

Next time we go to Wal-Mart, I think I will pick up a nice binder and some page protectors. Then, I will type up the recipe and place it in my new binder. We do have several recipes already from over the years that I will add. I will also add our juicing recipes that we are coming up with. Two so far have been outstanding. Yesterday we had mango, apple, wheat grass & celery. Today was celery, 1/2 spinach, two types of pears and 4 leaves of dandelion leaves. (The Juiceman said to go slow with things you are not used to, hence the small amount of dandelion leaves.) Both combinations were surprisingly sweet, even though the fruit portion was 1/2 or less. We are juicing entire fruits, minus apple core & seeds and such. He says that one of the healthiest fruits is the ENTIRE cantelope! And also the entire watermelon, seeds, rind and all! Can't wait to try that one this Summer.

Off to read about your sheep farm adventure now...
